CanSkate (Stage 1-3)

CanSkate (Stage 1-3) This program is for skaters that have either passed Pre CanSkate, or have some skating ability (can get up on their own, skate forward without assistance and some backwards walking). It teaches fundamental skating skills like balance, control, and agility in a fun environment. CanSkate is the foundation for all ice sports, including figure skating, hockey, and speed skating.

CSA approved helmets are mandatory up to completing Stage 5 and masks on helmets are encouraged for those new to skating.
